Rates
Rates are shown in CFA francs (XOF), per room per night, inclusive of tax. They may change; the rate that applies is the one confirmed to you at the time of booking.

What is included, what is not
Included: the room, air conditioning, wifi, satellite television, hot water, street parking in front of the hotel and 24-hour security.
Not included: breakfast, served on site from 3,000 F per person, and the airport shuttle, charged at 5,000 F per trip and to be arranged in advance.
Booking requests on this site
The form on this site records a request, not a confirmed booking. We check availability and reply within 24 hours by WhatsApp or e-mail. Your booking is firm only once we have confirmed it.
No payment is taken at the time of the request. Depending on the length of your stay and the number of rooms, a deposit may be requested when we confirm your booking — see “Cancellation and no-shows” below. The balance is settled at the hotel.
Arrival and departure
Reception is open 24 hours a day, every day. You can arrive at any hour; just let us know if you arrive late at night, so that your room is ready for you.
A night ends at 1 pm. Beyond that, an extra night may be charged, unless agreed in advance with reception.
Payment
We accept Mobile Money (MTN and Moov) and bank cards. Payment is made at the hotel, unless you booked and paid in advance through an online platform.
Cancellation and no-shows
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival date. After that, or in the event of a no-show, the first night remains payable.
For stays of 3 nights or more, and for bookings of 2 rooms or more, we ask for a deposit equal to the first night, by Mobile Money, at the moment we confirm your request. It is deducted from your total on arrival, and refunded in full if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
For a shorter stay in a single room, no deposit is required: payment is made on site.
Bookings through an online platform
If you book through Booking, Expedia or another platform, that platform's booking, payment and cancellation terms apply to your stay. Please show your confirmation at reception on arrival.
During your stay
Rooms are non-smoking. We ask you to respect other guests' peace and quiet, particularly at night. Management reserves the right to end the stay of any guest whose behaviour compromises the safety or the quiet of the establishment, without refund of nights already used.
We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your room. A guard is on duty around the clock, but the hotel cannot be held liable for items left unattended.
Complaints
If something is wrong, tell us during your stay: it is the only moment when we can still put it right. Ask for the management at reception, or write to contact@hotelleprincecotonou.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Beninese law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts of Cotonou shall have sole jurisdiction.
